Built on a long practice of ‘clean and green’ we minimise spraying of the grapes and olives, using organic products where ever possible, as we consider the conservation of the property above all.
With just over 14 acres under plantation the property supports six varieties: Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chardonnay and Semillon.
Crystal bright and clear, fresh fruit aromatic nose, soft full tropical fruit with fine acid, evidence of the fusion with Semillon, that adds a richness and crisp lingering finish.
